When downloading a navigator issue list as html or a word listing, the URL contains the parameter „view=full" but only 20 issues (or whatever is set in the user's preferences) are downloaded.

This is impractical. There should be a way to request all items without forcing the user to go back to his preferences, changing the setting to some very large number, downloading the list as html or word listing and then changing the setting back.

I agree. It should work like the Excel output, which sends all issues to the export, regardless of what page you're on, up to a maximum which is pretty high. Or at least allow the user to alter the tempmax variable in the URL like the Excel and Full content URL's do.
