JRA-5225 Sub-tasks should inherit component and version of parent task

When creating a sub-task, would be very useful if the user was prompted as to whether or not the user wants the new sub-task to inherit the properties of the parent item (eg all components to be inherited, etc, etc).
Would also be very nice if the user could select which fields from the parent item should be inherited down to the new sub-task being created.
