Filter's project criteria resets to 'All Projects' if a selected project is deleted

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new filter with multiple (> 2) projects selected
      2. Delete one of the selected projects
        Then the filter has no project criteria - ie. project criteria is reset to 'All Projects'

      (Note: Tested similarly for Components and Versions criteria but could not reproduce)
