Suggestion from a user:
In case you have some friends at atlassian.com who would be interested, the feature missing most from RT, the trouble-ticket engine we use, is syncronisation with handheld devices (support for Palm as well as WinCE would be great). I started using a palm tx to help me get organised, but it seems to go against the grain of best practice to have to keep tasks in a handheld todo ap up to date and keep the ticket up to date too..
