With more users creating custom workflows, the notifications should be more flexible.

At the moment Jira ignores status when printing the change list. This is because it assumes the user has created a custom notification events, and so does not need to see the status change. This isn't done often with most users opting to use the Issue Updated Event. So it should be possible to edit the event to show the status change (currently it is hardcoded into Jira).
