Add support for the Surround SCM Source Control software made by SeaPine.

The Surround SCM website can be found here: http://www.seapine.com/scmbenefits.html

I am unsure if they provide a direct API that can be used for intergration, but they do provide a client that can be used for scripting, and I believe offer web access to the repositories.

Surround is a proprietary SCM system.

We will definitely keep this issue open and see if there is a strong demand from the user community for this.

Just FYI, JIRA's Perforce, Subversion and ClearCase integration have been developed as JIRA plugins. So it should be possible to write this as a plugin.

While evaluating defect tracking systems, Seapine's Test Track Pro + Surround SCM integration made the choice more difficult that it should have been. Here's to hoping I can one day send out the email announcing JIRA-Surround integration.

I also request this integration as my company has a rich data history in both Jira and Surround SCM and do not wish to migrate to another issue tracking system if possible.

Seapine SCM is a great product and becoming a very common tool. I'm running into JIRA/Seapine SCM based companies more often... would love to see this plugin.
