Add Status to the Generic Event template

      At the moment the Generic Event notification (and hence the e-mail that is sent out) is used only in Workflow Transitions. The e-mail notification should contain the status change as it is unclear what happened to the issue.

      Need to ensure that the html and text templates are updated.
