If you attach a file to an issue and comment on it at the same time, the only notification sent is the 'Updated' notification.

The comment was not being added to the IssueUpdateBean in attach file so notifications did not include the comment, if it was made. We are now passing the created comment GV through to the IssueUpdateBean.

We are running 3.6.2 Enterprise and are seeing the exact same symptoms: Notification scheme includes "Issue Commented" but not much else and we get notifications for comments, but not if the comment is entered as part an attach file operation. Is this really fixed?

It works for me in 3.6.2. If you're having problems please create a support request, attaching the logs.
