Also added location of log file.

System Info page reports for "Location of atlassian-jira.log" the following:

"Could not find atlassian-jira.log in current working directory

in my 3.10 installation. The log file is, in fact, located elsewhere and correctly configured (in log4j.xml) to find and write to it in that location.

It would be an improvment if this were fixed either to report on the question of whether the log file is in the working directory, or to actually report on the location of the log.
