The name and description of the "CSV Import File Location" should be clarified to:

Name - CSV Import File
Description - Full path to the csv file located on your server - e.g. D:\temp\myimport.csv

or similar, as some users understand this input box to be just the location of the file - e.g. D:\temp - and do not specify the full path to the file.
