All languages settings are in English. Curiously when I do the workflow step and set an issue as "Resolved" or "Closed" the title of the Transition is displayed in German. I checked the value for the property "jira.i18n.title" and it is set to 'resolveissue.title'. I don't know if this has an influence on the behaviour.

Hi,
Can I ask what version of Jira you are running?

I think you are being affected by the issue JRA-8132. This was fixed in 3.3.3.
You can either upgrade or apply the patch attached to that issue.

Apologies for this but it appears that the fix we implemented in 3.3.3 was reversed in 3.4. We'll try to get the patch out to your ASAP, and we'll fix this for version 3.4.3.

Attached is copy of the language pack the the CommentAssign properties file removed.
