Bugzilla 2.16 import fails with exception

      Standalone Enterprise on SuSE Linux 9.1, using PostgreSQL 4.0.2. Importing from Bugzilla 2.16.7 on the same system running MySQL 4.0.23a.

      When I tried to import a Bugzilla project into Enterprise 3.4, I got an exception (attached).

      I was previously able to import the same project on the same server, using the same database drivers, into Enterprise 3.3.1.

      I am using mysql-connector-java-3.1.10-bin.jar and postgresql-8.0-312.jdbc3.jar drivers.
