Data anonymiser for support requests

Support requests are resolved much faster if people attach their data export, however with some companies this is not an option, because the data contains sensitive commercial information.

It should be possible to have a 'create anonymised backup' feature which anonymises the data as it is exported. For example, it could replace characters in issue text with X's.
