When I am try to configure new functionality of Issue Types in 3.4 beta 1, all internationalized symbols shown like &#1234 - numbers instead of chars.
In General Configuration setted Character Encoding = windows-1251

Hi Andrey,

Can you let me know if this modified JSP addresses your issue?

Please replace the orginal file:

../secure/admin/views/issuetypes/issuetypeschemes.jsp

with the file attached.

Sorry, have no time for test early, in 3.4.1 all working OK
