Need to sort on the 2nd option if the first options are equal, sort on 3rd if the 2nd options are equal - etc.

Its a bug that we should fix in 3.3.3:

Sorting for all multiple fields in JIRA actually only ever sorts the first selected element. So the components, versions, multi-selects all share this behaviour.

We'll should squeeze this into 3.4 but it may require some work.

When this is fixed, we should also implement the same Lucene based sorting for the CascadingSelect list (JRA-5298)
