Screen/workflow improvement: allow custom screens per workflow status

      It would be a great addition to allow custom screens to be associated with workfow statuses. This would add the possiblily to control which issue fields can be edited in each status.

      This would greatly improve the functionality of workflows, behind the current limit to 'transition screens' only.
