If you use a double-quote character in the description of a component and then try to create a new issue for the project containing this component, the component and version fields are mixed up.
This happens on IE6, not on Firefox.

If you look at the HTML source code, you notice that the full description for the components appear in the OPTION tag, and, naturally, the extra quote character mixes everything up.
