One of our user reported to us that he could not access an issue since he added an attachment to it. I checked and indeed there is no way to access the issue (nothing particular in the server's log).

The name of the file is '13062_% dans le nom.png' without the quotes.

I stopped Tomcat, removed the file and restarted it and we are now able to see the issue.

The full information of the extent of this bug can be found on the linked issue. In 3.1.1 a % would hang the app server, this seems to be fixed in the 3.2 line and all of the issues should be resolved in the upcomming 3.3 release.
