The bulk operation summary pane (displaying current step and issues selected, etc.) should be updated to better reflect the operation status.

With the introduction of Bulk Move, the number of steps varies - so this summary pane becomes slightly confusing.

The summary pane should be updated to only display a step once completed - at present all possible steps are shown.
