Bulk Move - should display intersection of valid values in field update screen.

      During a bulk move operation, the field update screen should populate fields with intersection of valid values.

      For example, if all issues are set to a 'Fix Version' of 3.2 and 3.2 is valid in the target project, the field update screen should show this value pre-selected.
