      Comments on linking issues should only appear on the issue the link was created on

      This changes how JIRA works currently but I think it's worth while. When you comment on a link, you really only ever want the comment to appear on the issue that you're creating the link from. eg the comment

      This issue has been documented at JRA-5225. Comment and vote on this issue if you wish.

      Will makes sense for issues that was linked to JRA-5225, but really makes no sense in 5225 itself.
