Bulk Delete does not display any subtasks to be deleted in summary when deleting a parent issue.

      The 'Bulk Delete' summary screen does not display any subtasks when deleting a parent issue.

      Both the parent and subtask issue are removed - but the summary should alos include the subtask issue.
