When adding a comment to an issue, the comment can be set to be Viewable By a specific group. The groups that are listed in this select box are the groups that the user is assigned to. My suggestion: This list should instead include the groups AND the users that has the Browse Projects permission for the specfic project and NOT the groups that the current isuer is assigned to. Today, i can make comments viewable to groups that don't have browse permission to the project. That does not give much sense. Further more: it would be great, if the box was a multiple select box.
