related to this issue JRA-6930 , I'd now like to create a view of those "private" issues for a particular project. What I was expecting was to be able to select "security level" on the edit view page, now that I have set up security levels. Am I missing a step here? One way around this would be to set up a new custom field and use that, but that would mean that I'd have to get users to change the security level as well as change another custom field.
From the view of only private issues for a project, I was then planning on getting the XML and using that in another application

Ben,

You can currently sort by security level, but you can't yet search for this. Sorting may be a short-term solution for you.

We are reworking some of the Issue Navigator for 3.3, and I'll see what we can do.
