Once we have created system fields that allow to link issues, add work logs, etc (see JRA-6747). We should allow operations such as 'link issue' and 'log work' to appear in Field Screen Schemes. We should create default screens for these operations which only show relevant system fields, so that the upgrade is seemless. This feature will allow users to customise what fields are shown when issue's are linked, etc.
