We use the Pop service to create new issues andtherefore we ahve set the "Only Reporter" Issue Security Level as default value for new isues, but in the beta 3.2 the issues will not get the default issue security level they have no security level. This is aabsolute blocker for us, because now everybody can see every issue. We will go back to 3.1.1 because there it was working fine.

Thanks for notifying us of this. We'll have this fixed in 3.2. I suggest you go back to 3.1.1 and wait for the stable 3.2 release.
