Add anchors to the "Manage Versions" page to return to the correct version on the page

      When clicking any of the links for changing a version like "Edit Details" you return to the top of the "Manage Versions" when returning from the "Edit Details".

      It would be nice if you added anchors to the "Manage Versions" page to return to the correct version on the page instead to return to the top of the page.
