We would like to be able to have all the release notes of all versions (archived and non-archived) in a single text file.

Is it possible to add an option to /secure/ConfigureReleaseNote.jspa so that we can select
"All release notes (archived and non-archived)" and "All release notes (non-archived)". Those options will then need to iterate over all (non)archived releases and display their release notes.

We currently do this manually, because we want to store our release notes in our CVS-server. That makes it very easy to be able to check whether an issue was resolved at the time a release was build.

Please also make it possible to be able to script it, so that we can integrate in our Ant buildfiles (e.g. use a URL such as:
https://foo.bar/secure/ConfigureReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=ALLRELEASEDVERSIONS).

We would really like this feature, and I don't think it's hard to implement for you guys.

Regards,

Pieter

A legitimate feature request, but given the number of other open requests it may take us a while to get to this, so if it is important to you you might want to investigate implementing it yourself as a report:

http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Report+Plugin+Module

I've raised the separate issue of scriptable reports as a subtask:

Cheers,
Jeff
