Some of the columns are named differently; e.g. old output "Assign To", "Resolution", "Issue Type", "Priority" .. new output "Assignee", "Res", "T", "Pr". The column heading names should not be changed just because you are selecting from a different list.

For the moment, we will leave the original column names in the 'All' view as is for backwads compatibility and revisit this issue at a later stage.

The 'All fileds' Excel view now uses te same code as the 'Current View'. So much for backwards compatibility But it needed to be done.

I tested on 3.3 at jira.atlassian.com, and found that the 2 Excel views produced different column names (e.g. for Issue Type and Priority). I've attached them to show you.

Both the all and current view now uses the full field name for all headings
