Implement the ability to automatically link issues.

Turn it on / off from the Issue Linking screen. When turning it on, you may want to build links between all existing issues.

How it would work is every time a comment or worklog is created, if there are issue keys mentioned - a link is created between the two issues. Maybe hardcoded "References" issue link type?

JIRA automaically converts a recognised issue key into a hyperlink on the View Issue page. Unfortunately we do not have time to implement this feature for JIRA 3.2.

This would really help us so that people remember to link there issues.... however this would only be helpful if it was done at the same time as JIRA-4174. otherwise, we may be stuck with in appropriate linking relationships.

What would be idela is :

Resolve an issue duplicate and have the possibility to give the issue # being duplicated -> automaticaly link both issues.

I think this may be included in 3.7 since JRA-6748 is marked as incorporating JRA-7056
