'No Priority' count is not displayed in filter statistics portlet

      Filter Statistics with Priority as one of its axis does not display the number of issues with No Priority.

      This makes the statistics table seem wrong - when you click on the filter name it returns more then the total sum, since issues with no priority are not counted.
