Email forwarded task forces Major priority

Currently, a task that's created through a forwarded email comes through with a priority of Major. Most of our tasks are minor, so it would be helpful to not have to change the priority for every task that is created this way. Please provide for an optional preference where this can be changed, for each project, hopefully, but at least for each installation.
