Description
Summary
A custom logo is not preserved after a seamless upgrade is done on a Cloud instance.
Steps to Reproduce
- Upload a custom logo to an instance.
- Perform a seamless (zero downtime) upgrade to that instance.
- BUG The custom logo will not be preserved
Workaround
The logo can be re-uploaded.
Alternatively, the logo can be recovered from the archived home directory which is kept for 7 days. Please contact Atlassian Support if you would like us to recover it for you.
Notes
The JIRA_HOME/logos directory must be a shared directory to be preserved during the upgrade.
