Allow configure units of time tracking

    Description

      It would be great if the time tracking default unit to be configurable. For example, in the Original estimate field if we enter "10", it's interpreted as 10mins. Also, when this field is displayed, it automatically convert to other units. For example, we enter "10d" and Jira convert this to "2w". It would be nice to be able to set the base unit of the time tracking field.
