thanks Mark. What is the best way for me to get the status on an issue that
you guys are fixing. Pretty soon I will have a handful of issues heading your way and I am looking for the best way where I can get updates from you guys on the status. thx ---- [ http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-5701?page=comments#action_29786 Mark Chaimungkalanont commented on Tim, We'll certainly be fixing this bug. With each release we go through a Cheers Mark C issue to xml, the time estimate is transformed to a much smaller value like – *************************************************************** Tim,
Generally unless it's a large issue, we'll simply close the issue when we complete it. If we schedule the issue by setting the "Fix For Version" field, it means that we'll try to get it in that release (although this is no guarantee). For you want explicit progress reports on issues, you could mail jira-support@atlassian.com and we'll try to answer it for you. If you have urgent improvements that your company specifically need but is not scheduled by us, you may be able to engage us on a contracting basis to deal with this issue. You may wish to contact Scott directly if this is the case (scott@atlassian.com) Cheers Marl C This was resolved when the xml(rss) view was fixed up for the similar issue

We'll certainly be fixing this bug. With each release we go through a process to prioritise the bugs we fixed based on importance and difficulty. So exactly when this bug gets looked at, we're not exactly sure. We will try to look at it when we can though.
Cheers
