Login errors in 1.3

When logging in as our special user who is restricted to one certain project, I get this error message from secure/Dashboard.jspa

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Source may not be null
at webwork.util.SubsetIteratorFilter.setSource(SubsetIteratorFilter.java:33)
at webwork.view.taglib.iterator.SubsetIteratorTag.doStartTag(SubsetIteratorTag.java:66)
at org.apache.jsp.dashboard$jsp._jspService(dashboard$jsp.java:3498)

When I log in as my normal user, I get a blank page.
