To reproduct just login to www.jetbrains.net/jira, do a quicksearch by "+renderer" and click on Components header.

Yes, we can confirm this (see JRA-5096). Prior to 3.0 component couldn't be sorted (see JRA-2621). Seems we didn't properly fix this.

Issues can now be sorted in the correct order

Please backup your old file, and place this at:

WEB-INF/classes/com/atlassian/jira/issue/fields/DefaultFieldManager.class
