      a chinese translate for 3.0.2 #74 (maybe some mistakes,take care,should fix if notify me. thank u)

      if needed,i can translate the latest properties files.

      use guide:

      language_zh_CN.jar: copy this file to lib directory.
      calendar-zh.js : if use UTF-8 encoding,should convert original calendar-zh.js to UTF-8 encoding,if use GBK,not needed.

      global_css.jsp : should add or modify some font for look well.
      vier_detail.jsp: should change td width for look well.
