Today we have portlets, which can display small lists using a specified filter.

It would be great to be able to define the columns which the portlet should display or give the opportunity to exchange the last 2 columns.

Gerd,

Sorry, infortunately I do not have any updates on this.

Hey all - I just came across a user contributed plug-in that may help some of the people waiting on this issue - it will at least show the columns associated with the filter.

Thanks, Jes!

I imagine that since a user has contributed an excellent plugin to solve this, Atlassian is working on other issues without workarounds.

Emily Stumpf [Atlassian] added a comment - 06/Oct/08 12:26 PM
Based on some comments on the workaround plugin page here, it looks like this plugin may not be offered for free any longer.

I have some uncommitted code on my laptop that accomplishes this. At the moment it is 'founder code' (ie - now that I am CEO, I'm not supposed to code anymore), but I'll see if I can fix this up this week on my fedex day and get it committed.

Underlying it uses the same code to display issues as the issue navigator and all the other issue displays in JIRA, and you can configure the columns (but not the column order).

No promises on what I can deliver, but I thought I should update this issue just so people are aware.
