In my project, I have 48 open issues. When using the Preset Filter "Outstanding", the result displays all 48 issues. When I switch to "Full Content", I see only the first 30. However, there is no "Next", or "More" button or link that indicates that I don't have them all.

You're right, we ought to have a 'Next' link somewhere.

For now, you can get more results by editing the tempMax parameter in the URL, or return to the issue navigator, move to the next set of results, and request the full content view again.

changing the tempMax parameter in the URL does work.

Note however, that your second solution won't work, because there is no 'next' link in the issue navigator, as there are only 48 results, and the number of issues displayed on one page is 50. (I set it to 50).
I wonder if the inconsistency between the number of issues displayed in the issue navigator (configurable) and the number of issues displayed in the full content (always 30?) is intentional...

Peter,

Is this still a problem for you? There is a bug in 3.6.2 where the description is not shown (JRA-10392), but apart from that, have you had any problems?

Seeing as this issue is so old - I'd like to fix or close it.

Cheers,
Scott

This will be fixed in 3.7 (if it is at all still a problem).

Jeff Turner [Atlassian] - 06/Sep/06 09:17 PM
The problem is that there is no obvious way to get all the results, as opposed to just those displaying in the issue navigator pager.

The workaround is to:

  • Right-click the URL and copy it
  • Paste it into a new browser window
  • Append &tempMax=1000 (or whatever you want)

This applies both to HTML and Word "Full Content" variants.
