At the bottom of the 3.0 issue navigator, there is a mysterious new search field:

Actual vs Estimated Work Ratio
% Limits:
Min Max
Enter a minimum, maximum or range limit

This definitely needs a help icon explaining what it does. Perhaps the text explaining what this does could also be made clearer.

I think we still need an icon next to the field in the issue navigator, pointing to http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/issue_filters.html#workratio
