Description
Summary
- All default issue types are not created for newly provisioned Cloud instances
- Some existing instances are failing to recognize new issue types
Environment
JIRA Cloud 7.0-OD-01
Steps to Reproduce
- For newly provisioned Cloud instances you cannot add issue types
- For some existing Cloud instances you cannot add new issue types - still gathering information.
Expected Results
The Issue Type should be created
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown in JIRA and atlassian-jira.log file:
