Items not showing in the Dashboard

Hi
We are facing issues in the display of assigned issues in the dashboard
We can see the issues if we have the issue ID
but it is not listing in the dashooard
We re indexed once and it worked fine. But again we have this issue cropped up again
We have the following error message
