When browsing a group, from the group-browser, when on the list of members of the group, I can click "add User" but this is not an "add user in this group"... why not ? Or shouldn't there be both?

Clicking User Browser and clicking "view users for a group" takes you to the same page (just the second one filters the users on the selected group.

If you had an add to group link you would still need to select the user to add as all users displayed on the "view users for a group" page are already in the group.

Can you explain the exact functionality that you want?

Sorry, I was unprecise.
"Add a user" means creating a new user, not "add that user to a group".
It would be convenient to create the new user being already in the groups I am listing the members of.
