Bugzilla has Resolutions like LATER and INVALID that don't map precisely to JIRA's default statuses. Rather than use a poor mapping (LATER -> WONTFIX), the importer should automatically create needed resolutions, or prompt the user to define a mapping from Bugzilla to JIRA resolutions.

I would argue that this should also hold for Statuses and Priorities. That is, we should automatically create needed ones of these, as well as Priorities as Jeff suggests.
