JIRA became broken after ZIP file attachment

Windows 7, Chrome

I attached to the JIRA the file "engine logs.zip" (73KB) and JIRA became broken with the error:

Cause:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: missing matching end quote for query: com.atlassian.jira.issue.attachment.AttachmentZipKit$AttachmentZipEntryImpl@12f006e-idx:1-name:130925_semixB_'8356589040577357642-1243'engine-7.09.24.2013-14.57.53[1].txt-dir:false-size:26936
