    Description

I'm trying to setup an application link to Confuence (5.1.2) from JIRA (6.0-beta1), without success.

In the logfile of Confluence I discovered a stacktrace

[INFO] [talledLocalContainer] 2013-04-26 11:51:45,698 ERROR [http-1990-3] [[Catalina].[localhost].[/confluence].[noop]] log Servlet.service() for servlet noop threw exception

In the logfiles of JIRA is says com.atlassian.sal.api.net.ResponseException: Permission check failed, received 500

Setting up the application link is no problem, but then trying to connect a project to a space will generate this error. Our plugin also depends on applinks, but the error is not limited to just our plugin
