NullPointerException occurs when editing Cascading Select custom field value

    Description

      1. Create a new project with default configuration scheme
      2. Create a Cascading Select custom field, associate it to the Default Screen.
      3. Create a new issue
      4. Open the "Edit Issue" screen
      5. Set "None" value in both select lists of the Cascading Select field
      6. Press "Update".
      7. The following stack trace appears
