Allow the creation of repetitive issues, i.e. an issue that reflects a task that is repeated every now and then, e.g. a monthly task. The issue itself stays the same, only its due date changes.

This has been addressed through "Clone Issue" functionality added for 2.7. Initially, this allows issues to be cloned within the same project - linked to the original with a link name specified in the properties file.
