At the moment the filter criteria allow for selection of All Projects, or and individual project, but it would be useful to filter by a definable set of projects. This would help us as and one manager typically has responsibility for a sub-set of the overall project list, and often visibility is required of an area of concern that spans projects.

Additionally, what would be helpful to us is a string search across components. Currently you can only select different components if you select a project first - it would be nice to do a flat text search across all project components. I agree with the intent of the original issue, however, that a multi-project filter would be the place to start.
